3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is often a separate page, but Network International requires it to be clear.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of fresh food, refunds are only issued if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Process: Please inspect items upon delivery. If there is an issue, notify our driver immediately or contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
